1 Introduction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on rebate66, a User must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• Be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction of residence.

• Hold a valid and active Malaysian bank account, e-wallet account, or accepted payment instrument in your own name for deposit and withdrawal purposes.
• Agree to provide accurate, truthful, and current personal information during registration and throughout the KYC process.

rebate66 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be verified to the Operator's reasonable satisfaction.

4 Account Registration

Each eligible person is entitled to register one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban from the Platform.

During registration, Users are required to provide their legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, and Malaysian mobile phone number. 5 Terms of Use

The rebate66 Platform is provided for personal recreational entertainment purposes only. Users agree to use the Platform solely in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. By accessing the Platform, Users agree that:

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

rebate66 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players, with indicative processing times as stated below. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits on the account may require additional verification. rebate66 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. The Operator does not charge withdrawal fees; however, third-party payment processing fees may apply and are the responsibility of the User.

Withdrawal processing times stated above are indicative only and reflect typical performance during normal operating conditions. Actual processing times may vary due to payment provider delays, additional security checks, bank processing cycles, or high-volume periods. rebate66 commits to processing all approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate any delays to the affected User via registered email or live chat.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

rebate66 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, rebate programmes, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is specified in the promotion terms (e.g., 10x for the Standard Welcome Bonus, 35x for the 288% Magnificent Bonus). Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited unless otherwise stated.

• Maximum Bet Restriction: While bonus funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per game round is RM50 unless otherwise specified. Placing bets in excess of this amount during an active bonus may result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active welcome bonus at a time. Existing bonus holders are not eligible for additional welcome promotions until the current bonus has been cleared or forfeited.
• Abuse & Exploitation: rebate66 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold winnings from players found to be abusing promotional offers, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated bonus-clearing strategies, or patterns of play that indicate bonus abuse rather than genuine recreational gambling.
• Modification & Withdrawal: rebate66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

Sports betting markets at rebate66 cover Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, Bundesliga, UFC, basketball, tennis, and other major international competitions. The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. rebate66 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except where the Operator identifies a clear technical error in the odds or market offered.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules applicable to each specific sport or market as published on the Platform.
• rebate66 reserves the right to void any bet where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, manipulation of results, or where the integrity of the sporting event is in question.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each market and game type. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change at the Operator's discretion.

In the event of any technical disconnection during a live session, bets already placed will be settled based on the outcome of the round in progress.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rebate66 Platform:

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting), whether under your own identity or under the identity of another person.
• Using funds obtained through criminal activity, fraud, or any unlawful means to deposit or wager on the Platform.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any activity that facilitates the circumvention of anti-money laundering regulations.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or loopholes in the Platform for financial gain.

• Using chargebacks or payment disputes as a means to recover funds that have been legitimately wagered and lost.

10 Responsible Gambling

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the rebate66 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game content, and user interface elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of rebate66 or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit Users to: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without express prior written consent from rebate66.

Game content, RNG software, and live dealer technology featured on the Platform are owned by or licensed from third-party game providers. All intellectual property rights in such content remain vested in the respective owners.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rebate66 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from technical failures, system outages, or Platform downtime.
• Loss arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or incomplete.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account data, provided that rebate66 has taken reasonable technical precautions to prevent such access.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or blockchain network congestion.

rebate66 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Service. The Operator will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to notify Users of planned outages in advance.

The Operator's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Account Termination

Users may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting the rebate66 support team. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via their most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

rebate66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, and to withhold funds pending investigation, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or multi-accounting.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request.
• Discovery that the User is under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible to hold an Account.
• Receipt of a chargeback request or payment dispute from the User's bank or payment provider.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent authority requiring account suspension or closure.

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, rebate66 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account balance, including all Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, and to deny any future registration attempt by the same individual.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws as determined by the rebate66 operating licence jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, we encourage Users to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution.

rebate66 maintains an internal complaints procedure. All formal complaints should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Account Username]". We commit to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 working days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure, Users may seek to escalate the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as designated by the Operator's licensing authority.

15 Amendments to These Terms

rebate66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, the Operator will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Users via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the amended Terms. Closure requests submitted before the effective date of material amendments will be processed in accordance with the Terms in effect at the time of the request.
